Solide milieu de terrain d’un mètre 96, Frédéric connaît parfaitement les championnats nationaux français. La réserve de Saint-Etienne, Narbonne, Granville, Istres et Saint-Malo, au total, il comptabilise 56 rencontres de National 2/National 3. Il découvre le National avec Villefranche en 2020 puis rallie les Mauges en 2022.
